Through a 90-minute interactive session led by Keith Schuh of Al Gatecrashers, participants will explore how AI can be thoughtfully integrated into nonprofit work—helping teams save time, improve effectiveness, and strengthen alignment with their organization’s mission and values.
The workshop will cover a range of practical and accessible topics, including:

- Learn how AI can support everyday work—such as grant readiness, donor communications, outreach, reporting, and meeting preparation—while reducing bottlenecks without replacing human judgment.
- Simple frameworks for getting started
- Introduction to clear approaches for identifying where AI can add value, evaluating tasks based on risk and effort, and piloting tools within existing workflows.
- Ethical considerations and responsible use
- Discussion on key issues including privacy, fairness, transparency, and bias, along with guidance on building internal guardrails that protect organizational integrity and stakeholder trust.
